Personal data refers to all types of data that can be used to identity you to some degree. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of different data. This occurs when you access content, sign up for our newsletter, register for competitions or surveys, create a user account or make a subscription, use our services otherwise, buy products via the website, etc.

The data will be used to identity you as a user and to show you the advertisements most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to deliver the services you have requested such a receiving our newsletter. In addition, the data will be used to optimize our services and content.
We will store your data for the permitted period of time as stipulated by law and we will delete your data when they are no longer required. The duration of this period will depend on the nature of the data and the reasons for storing them. Hence, we are unable to indicate a specific time frame for when your data will be deleted.
Disclosure of data
In addition, we use a number of third parties to store and process data. Such third parties will use the data on our behalf only and are not allowed to use the data for their own purposes.
Disclosure of your personal data such as your name, email address, etc. is subject to your consent.
We use data processors within the European Union or other countries only where they can provide an adequate level of data protection.
Access and complaints
You are entitled to request information on which personal data we process about you in a standard format (data portability). Furthermore, you are entitled to take exception to the use of your data at your convenience. Also, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to our processing of your data at your convenience. If the data processed about you are incorrect, you are entitled to have them corrected or deleted. All such requests should be forwarded to: email@example.com. If you want to file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data, you may do so by contacting the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
